The Mount Edgecombe Industrial precinct is the context for this new midi-unit industrial park. The design is informed by a very conscious decision to separate the functions and thereby maintain very clear links for people and vehicles, whereby the functionality of the warehouses, the movement of trucks and industrial processes was kept separate to that of the office links, where staff and visitors could move about freely without risk or interference. Growthpoint Industrial Park comprises of Phase 1 and Phase 2, measuring approximately 20 300m and 21 800m respectively. Phase 1 has been completed and comprises of 15 new A-Grade units ranging in size from 845m up to 2 065m ready for immediate occupation.
