Clairwood Logistics Park is a brand new development that upon completion will be one of the country's biggest and most innovative distribution hubs.
Situated in the Southern Basin of the greater Durban Area, Clairwood Logistics Park is located within all three transport zones and is a mere 11km from Africa's busiest container terminal. With direct access to major transport routes including the N2 and M4, as well as having rail access, Clairwood's location is unrivalled. FM2 concrete, jointless flooring has also been placed in all warehouses which allow wider bays to be laid, reducing the number of construction joints. This ultimately ensures levelled floors and thus, fewer occupational hazards. All flooring also boasts a 12 ton point load, adding to a business' storage capacity and reducing wear and tear of warehouses. ASIB Compliant, modern sprinkler systems are also a feature in each warehouse, with pumps and tanks being centrally located for convenience.
Finally, second to none are Clairwood's comprehensive security measures. This includes 24-hour alarm systems, video monitoring technology and reliable security patrols, all within a landscaped, gated park-offering ultimate peace of mind.
