Located at the top of Fields Hill, with easy access to the M13, Kloof is an ideal location for office parks and office blocks that cater to the local businesses in the area and afar. History
Kloof was originally called 'Krantzkloof', after the nearby Kloof Gorge, but the name was later changed to 'Kloof'. Kloof occupies the land that formed the 7,010 acre Richmond Farm No. 999. As roads improved, an increasing number of people began permanently living here. Today Kloof is noted for its upmarket residential as well as commercial and retail properties.
